Accordingly, Liz's actions were entirely appropriate and wholly within the bounds of permissible conduct. Any suggestion that Liz engaged in "dognapping" would be utterly devoid of basis in fact or law and would, I would respectfully submit, be libelous in nature as published and evincing a substantial and unjustifiable disregard for the truth or falsity of the matters asserted. Any further allegations of "dognapping" or similar scurrilous charges will be met with the full force of applicable law including, but not limited to, both civil and criminal remedies.
